Submitted contact details and answers are encrypted before database storage and can be viewed only through the protected owner inbox. The form does not accept file uploads and does not perform automated diagnosis.

Reference-only email alert
The notification sent to the confirmed physician address contains a neutral reference and secure-inbox link only. It does not contain the patient’s name, contact details, symptoms, tests or treatment history.

Retention and deletion
A submission is retained for up to 30 days and can be deleted sooner from the protected inbox. To request early deletion, call +383 49 823 823 and provide the reference; do not send the medical history by ordinary email.
